I am Raiane, the driving force behind HiRai Cleaning. I am from Divinopolis, a town nestled in the heart of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Raised in a family with a rich entrepreneurial spirit, my early experiences, including my father’s bar and subsequent store ownership, have profoundly influenced my journey.
As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolded, I encountered unforeseen challenges, resulting in the loss of most of my clients. Looking for a new beginning, I made the decision to move to a new city with my boyfriend. Life, however, took a remarkable turn when I became a mother to my daughter, Becca.
This realization fueled my vision to establish HiRai Cleaning. Committed to offering essential support and cleaning services to families facing similar challenges, I embarked on my journey as an entrepreneur. My mission was clear: extend a helping hand and make a meaningful difference in the lives of families, just as I had yearned during my own journey into motherhood. Today, my story reflects my determination to positively impact families and create a support system for those in need through HiRai Cleaning.
The first days of motherhood were filled with wonder, but they also revealed the harsh reality of not having a support network. When my husband returned to work, I struggled with the loneliness of being in a city without my family and friends. I grappled with the challenge of losing my identity and the excess of tasks. During this transformative period, I decided to change the focus of my career to help other families. Drawing on my experience as a cleaner, I recognized the immense value of support, especially for new parents facing the challenges of parenthood.
