Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy, meaning any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your booking may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost and any cancellation made within 24 hours of your booking will incur a full fee.
Also, please note that all website bookings are requests and will only be confirmed by our team after checking availability.

General Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must contact our support team and provide photos within 48 hours of your service’s date and time. Photos are required.
Hourly Rate Services
Our teams prioritize quality over quantity unless otherwise requested by the customer. Our satisfaction guarantee applies solely to the quality of work performed, not the number of areas covered.
Exclusions
The following services are not included in any booking and will not be performed by our cleaning:
- Moving heavy/large furniture
- Grout cleaning of floors
- Cleaning ceilings
- Removal of human or animal waste
- Cleaning stained silicone
- Removing adhesives, paint, or glue.
- Removing or cleaning fly wire screens
- Cleaning curtains
- High-pressure cleaning
- Removing concrete stains
Cleaning gardens, pools, BBQs, or pest control.
Non-appearance
If, in the unlikely event a Cleaner fails to attend the job premises for whatever reason within 2 hours of the service time, resulting in the job not being completed, we will provide the Customer with either:
A. A full refund of payments made by the Customer; or
B. Offer to reschedule the cleaning service at another time mutually agreed.
Fee for Non-access to Premises
A. In the event that the Customer does not provide access to the Premises for our cleaners to clean, the Customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee equivalent to 2hours cleaning (exclusive of GST).
Parking
Customers must provide parking for our cleaning teams. If parking is unavailable, customers must inform us of public parking options. Any incurred parking costs will be added to the service fee.
If parking is more than 100 meters from the property, additional charges may apply. If no parking is found within 15 minutes, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Damage Policy
If damage occurs during a service, customers must report it with photos within:
2 business days for general services.
7 business days for end-of-lease services.
Photos
Our teams may take photos for quality assurance. If you are present, we will ask for permission. If absent, we will proceed with discretion. Photos are used solely for service-related purposes, and we respect your privacy. If you do not want photos taken, please notify us before your service.
- Residential clients: payment due within 3 days of invoice issue.
- Commercial clients: payment due within 7 days.
- NDIS clients: according to the agreement with your management.
- If payment is not received by the due date, a $10 late fee per day will be charged until the balance is cleared.
- We always send a Friendly Reminder before applying any late fees.
- If payment is delayed more than two times, we will no longer be able to guarantee your spot. This means you may lose your preferred day and time for cleaning services.

There is a minimum service duration requirement, as outlined below:
SPRING CLEANING: Minimum 4 hours
REGULAR CLEANING: Minimum 2.5 hours
